Having earning potential tied to making media-voted all-NBA teams is really problematic, especially with the injury threshold now in play. Someone gets in because Embiid was hurt, now can make more money? Yikes.

That's why I've been saying for years that players and their agents need to quit allowing things they can't control to be included in their contract. They can control how well they play, but they can't control whether or not some voter thinks they played well enough to be voted to an All-NBA team.

I wouldn’t play George at pg, but can’t blame the jazz for trying

Now just simply draft current national champion Stephen castle and it will all work out
Gonna have to move Trae and/or Murray which I expected at least one to be moved

I think they will go after Sam Cassell. We will see
Name I've been hearing (but as usual who knows) is Atkinson. That would be kind of ironic as if memory serves he met or exceeded expectations in Brooklyn but their star or stars wanted him gone for Nash.

Hope whoever we get it works out better than it did in Brooklyn.

Yep.....and I have no issue we moved on from JB as he's nothing special (but, sure, bit of a raw deal for him). Hope this was something they planned to do and not because of any major player input.

Apperently, the NBA leaving TNT isn't a done deal. They're saying on DP that TNT has the right to match and hasn't announced what they will do yet.

They did say that it's "on the 10 yard line, but not a done deal yet.

Surprised they actually fired Bickerstaff.

He deserved better than that.
If you watched the offense on daily basis you would not say the same. I would say player development in the offense was a big weakness. He is a good coach but he isn't the long-term answer.

Lakers can pick him up. Good luck in that offense.

JA, Mobley, Garland, Merrill, Wade and others are better offensive players than either before or since he arrived.

But, sure, no different than most coaches...he's just OK.

This should light a fire under Pelinka's ass. Cavs will likely be choosing from the same group of candidates.
and at very least now at least makes the next few weeks more exciting waiting for FA season.
