His footwork on both ends has vastly improved since his days with the Knicks & Mavericks.
Also...his upper body looks much stronger now than it did back then.

Chet has his nights, still technically a rookie. The aggression thing is what is discussed around here, it comes and goes. I don’t think he is going through the motions though, sometimes he tries too hard to play team ball when the team needs him to be more selfish. Hopefully he figures it out.
