its just ridiculous for someone to craft a statement he's evaluating team needs? lol bruh

no one needs you right now.

I mean we saw it a few times in last years draft

Including Jackson to the warriors and Livingston to the bucks

It’s getting more normal, for better or worse

lol

They're Hall of Famers.
Lots of HOFrs weren’t superstars. Parrish was not a superstar, not close but I am kinda on the fence with McHale.
Times were different back then and more big men were superstars. McHale was argably the best PF in the NBA and one of the best big man. He was a borderline superstar at one point. He averaged 26 and 10. The best defensive PF in the league and finished top 5 on the MVP (with Bird on his team).

Even if McHale wasn’t a superstar, that big two is great enough to call a superteam. They won multiple championships with a stacked roster

Yeah, that seems like a Klutch generated statement. Which tracks since the job of an agency is to hype their client.

But they are doing him no favors even discussing it right now.

one guy that always absolutely stunned me he didn't make it in the league was Aaron Craft. Dude was an amazing defender at the College level and was the G league defensive player of the year. He is an inch shorter than Bronny.

What kept him out of the league? I'd suspect it's his 3 ball. But even his 3 pt shot was 30 plus in college and he was the main ball handler.

I say all this to say that in the 90s and early to mid 2000s Bronny probably carves a role out.

With zone defense and the reliance on the 3 guys like Craft (and I'm sorry to say this) to an even larger extent Bronny have no place in the league.
I guess Craft’s offense was that bad but then again college is different than the pros you have athletes everywhere. He didn’t have great size but he was stout and the quickest feet I ever saw. Bronny is much more athletic than Craft and he has a shot so that helps. He isn’t close to the defensive player of Craft but I think Bronny is a better fit for the NBA.

Craft might be the best defensive guard I ever watched, at least on ball pressure.

Superteams all-time in NBA

Warriors with KD
Lakers (Kobe + Shaq)
Lakers (Magic, Kareem + Worthy)
Bulls (MJ, Pip + Rodman)
Celtics (Bird + McHale)
Celtics (Russell + the other 6 HOFr’s) - the league was very watered down with 8 teams at one point. This was the superteam of all superteams imo

Any others? That is 6 all time.
Spurs? I think they would be one of the best dynasties ever and a stacke roster but a super team? I say no.

Yep, and even if all HOFers aren't considered "superstars", you still have to be considered among the best ever to get there and that Celtics team had 5 of them.

Of the 5, only Walton was over 32 years old.

If I didn't hate them, I'd admit that they were amazing to watch. lol

Late 70's/early 80's Sixers with Dr. J, George McGinnis, Daryl Dawkins, Bobby Jones and Moses Malone replacing Daryl Dawkins.

any interest any team has in him is because of his dad.

he's basically a poor man's Mattise Thybulle right now.

Nay...a homeless man's Mattisse Thybulle...holding up a sign by the highway
The only question is why is this news?

because people really think he will be a contributing player on an NBA team

I'm a Lebron homer so I have no reason to hate on this kid.
Those people are naive. I love LeBron too, but facts are facts

At this point, it's not "will"...it's "can".

If he's allowed to develop, he can be a contributing player.

But yeah, it seems some are treating him like he will be a contributing player.

If he's allowed to develop, I think his ceiling could be fairly close to Josh Hart level.

But if they force feed him into the league, he's likely playing overseas within a couple of years of Lebron retiring.

Any update on the severity of Booker's injury yet? Last I saw was a sprain (didn't say degree or a timeline) but that x-rays were negative.
