Tatum, Brown, Porzingis, Holiday...that's 2 HOFers, one more maybe, and another really good player as your 4th best...

Obviously they gotta win a title but assuming they do. Seen a few of you call the 2008 Celtics one and they only won one title.

Not even close.

In 2008, Kevin Garnett was in conversation for the best player in the league.

Ray Allen and Paul Pierce were both all NBA level players in their primes.

Tatum is a superstar. But 1 superstar surrounded by really good players is not a super team.

Argument for---- Tatum and Brown are top players, porzingis and holiday are multi-time al lstars.

My question- is the current Tatum on the level of other top guys on recent "super teams"?

Probably not.

But Tatum isn’t the reason they aren’t a super team.

Brown is.

A superteam has to have 2 superstars + other star level players.

Boston is just a really good team.
