I think TF12 has it right, even if the great players participated, there aren't any more dunks to do. It's all repeating now. Jaylen Brown kinda showed that.

Time to pack it in.

That was Brown's actual strategy though. The ideas have been thin though, agreed. Maybe they should use a trick shot artist or two to spice things up. It won't sit well for NBA guys to lose to non-pros, could up the intensity a little.

This is definitely true to some extent

I’m sure there’s something out there

But these freaks have done more or les everything besides maybe leaping a moving car or going through a flaming circle…

Need the athletic freaks. This was only 5 years ago....

Zach Lowe had a thing today where he said before the deadline, the Rockets basically offered to give the Nets back all their picks back from the Harden trade in exchange for Bridges but Brooklyn declined. Said several people around the league during All Star weekend were talking about it and were floored Brooklyn turned that down. Which they should be. That's nuts. Bridges is at best the 3rd best player on a championship team. Brooklyn is far better off hitting bottom and starting over than building anything around Bridges.
If Bridges got traded to the Rockets then he could have ended up on the Sixers and the league can't have that. Can't have the Sixers standing up at the end celebrating their process. Die adam silver die. Die brian colangelo die. Get tortured jerry.

As clowny as the league has become that would be a good move that's actually in their wheelhouse.

A bit of a difference between contested play and pushing beyond the boundaries of the rules.
LOL you say you want anger and grudges and pettiness and then shit on the guy who delivers it. Guess who also pushed the boundaries of the rules and acted the fool sometimes? Rodman, Laimbeer, McHale, and all the rest of the 1980s/90s tough guys. Gimme a break.

Pick a lane.
