The whole plan has been asking the guys around AD and Bron to shoot threes. Meanwhile, the franchise brings in guys who can’t shoot the three to be the group whose job it is to hunt for threes. Russ was set up to fail in that dynamic.

Yeah, as you mentioned yesterday, D-Lo, Spencer and Reaves all need the ball to be at their best. They could get away with it in short "in case of emergency" situations because Reaves can play off ball some...but even then, it would limit his "awkward" style that he uses to get open/draw fouls.

D-Lo can catch and shoot some, but not a lot because he loses his offensive rhythm.
