at the time? Sure....but with hindsight calling him a bust is absurd.

Yah, but we're not talking about hindsight. We're talking about in the now. And I have no problem with that. If someone could Captain Hindsight everything they would've bought 10,000 shares of Amazon stock in the early 00s.

I gave the Wilson selection a D+ or C- (can't recall) and nearly every analyst BLASTED the pick. Obviously the collective sports World and myself completely fucked that up. I think only one guy in the Seattle office (when I worked there) loved the pick. He basically said, "Eh whatever, difference of opinion" when we tried to sway him. Almost EVERYONE else hated that pick.

I remember analysts saying, "Seattle was not smart to pass on Andy Dalton last year, and now they reach on a QB who is too small and has an extremely high percentage to bust."

Out of the top 10 is my prediction, all the “mock experts “ have him behind Burrow @2 QB.
Personally I think teams are going to question his injury and not being able to bring him in to workout is going to cost him in stock

Thankfully Miami didn't blink. Tua is gonna be outstanding. Miami is gonna be a contender for the division title if he starts.

I really hope it works for both, the kid is a hell of an athlete and I just hope they give him time to heal so we can watch the real Tua

they have Fitz to hold down the fort until Tua is ready.
Whether that is a half a season whole season whatever.

49ers draft pick McKivitz describes self as 'prick' on field

"Personally, (I think) I'm a prick," He added. "I like to get inside guys' heads. I think that's one of the biggest things. If I can get him to think about me rather than [the offense], then I know I'm winning. That's the one thing I really enjoy about it

I have been reading the camp coverage, and right now Hightower appears to be behind 6th rounder Quez Watkins on the depth chart, much less Reagor, who is getting reps with the starters.
he was drafted in the 1st round.
Whether the coach wanted him or the call comes from the GM (or above)
Of course he will hang with the starters during camp!

That is such a dumb thing to say.

In the history of the NFL there has been there havent been a total of 100 players chosen with the #1 overall picks. Every single season there are about 250 undrafted FA's.
