Broncos were obviously targeting someone who was already picked (Hock or Oliver probably. Maybe Daniel Jones)

They weren't taking Oliver as he got into a verbal fight with the Broncos coaches recently. My guess is the Steelers really wanted Bush and with Haskins and Lock still there they saw a chance to trade down.
