The talent was sort of there, a team doesn't win 9 games or more for the last seven years because of luck. The defense was actually going to be pretty good this year if Nebraska could have found linebackers. Cue Chris Weber.

Then Mark Banker appeared.

Two Nebraska defensive coaches that are now at North Carolina on defense have the North Carolina Pass Defense ranked #5. Nebraska had a good pass defense under the last staff, it was the rush defense that sucked. Now, we don't know about the rush defense because Nebraska has yet to play a really good running back, but we know all about the pass defense. #127 baby.

What has been Nebraska's achilles heel in 2015? Pass Defense. The last game, poor(really poor) game management by coaches.

The next three games all involve top defenses in the country with one team(Northwestern) having a top running game.

This Wisconsin team is completely beatable. Too bad Nebraska is completely beatable. Wisconsin's defense will stuff Nebraska, Joe Schobert is going to have a field day on this Nebraska team.

In the four games Nebraska has had with Wisconsin in the B1G
Nebraska THIRTEEN turnovers
Wisconsin TWO turnovers(Wisconsin has yet to throw an interception against Nebraska in B1G play)

Bring on Minnesota. Same thing. This Minnesota team is completely beatable. Too bad Nebraska is completely beatable. Jerry Kill is a better coach than Mike Riley. Coaching wins it. I have paid money to go see this game in person.

Then we have Northwestern. In B1G play, Northwestern has led every game with Nebraska at half time. This time, Northwestern has a very stout defense with a good running game, and a smart coach. If Nebraska CAN stop the Northwestern running game, then there is a chance. Jackson did run for 128 yards on Nebraska last year.

I predict 2-6. The next three games are losses.
