Yeah, it was done the same time last year and we had more voters and fewer members then. Not sure why less people voted. If people just aren't interested in it, I'll be more than happy to stop doing it. If people don't like the rules, I try to take everyone's ideas into consideration. Believe me, it's difficult to include everyone's ideas. I had new ideas for categories this year, and through them all out except for one to sub in other people's ideas.

If people don't like it or don't appreciate it, I'd seriously like to hear that b/c it's quite a bit of work (and not just for me). Not upset, just don't want to put work into something that people don't care about. Only 1 person who even WON an award last year even voted this go around.

And the results changed very little tonight. I suggested changes to spread the awards around more. People rejected those and wanted changes that had the opposite effect.

I'm not very pleased with the ultimate result this year.

Hey, elcomotive, I didn't know about the Hookies this year! I'm definitely one of the guys that appreciates it though! It's not always a fun thing to be the one to organize it and tally the votes, but thank you, good sir!
