We look like an FCS team going up against an FBS team. Feel bad for these coaches with horrible players the Jones' left them on defense along with the bad luck on injuries. This unit could be historically bad and they were horrible over the last 4 years.

I just don't like the idea of going into this season with not one player on defense that is must-see and that offenses have to make sure they are careful with, like say Sean Lee or DeMarcus Ware.

I was extremely impressed by the 1st team offense especially the OL. To those guys who would like to get rid of Dez I think that's crazy. I'm equally discouraged the way the Special teams and defense has played. The look good on the first 2 series but then became the undisciplined clowns we know them to be. I know its just preseason right.....These things should still be getting corrected week to week. Our offense will keep us in every game if healthy, can this defense find the discipline to hold up on their end of the bargain. I think if this defense can somehow rank somewhere between 15 and 22ish we can win this division.

Can't wait until our Rookie Lawrence gets back on the field heard he could be back as soon as October. It's obviously going to take him time to develop....I sure hope we hit on this kid though.
