Philadelphia Phillies GM Ruben Amaro Jr. says bullpen phone fiasco can't happen again

I heard that even before the phone stopped working they called and one of the relievers answered but he said he was going through a tunnel and couldn't understand what Ryno was saying.

Also, they asked Howard to call one of the relievers on his cell, but the big piece didn't want to use up his minutes.

I saw the video where Utley was complaining to Ryno during a mound visit to Frenchy. Utleys choice of words had some bleeps in them. I wonder if the Phillies could have used the loud speaker system to reach the pen? I wonder if anything else could happen to this team that would /or would not surprise me!
