Really nice stop by AB, and a good heads-up play by JPA too.

AB's throws is what gets him in trouble as the glove is great. Not like it once was in regards to overall mobility but still a very good 3rd baseman. Definitely the heart and soul of this team.

His aloof and cavalier attitude has gotten to me as the season as worn on.

Why on earth would we offer this guy $14 mil? Avg to slightly above avg RF/well below avg arm/NO power whatsoever.

I don't want him at any cost actually.

I am perfectly fine with him not being here so I agree with you all on that. And he may appear aloof, not sure about cavalier. But I really don't think he is lazy and DT clarified that. I would prefer to go younger and faster as we have to many ready to be DL candidates on this team.

The word "great" is so over used.

Any professional OF who can't make that play isn't a professional OF to begin with.
