I don't recall that, but I was only about 12 or 13 during Burroughs heyday here. It seems like they brought the fences in in the power alleys during the early to mid 70s. I remember a guy jumping down to get the ball between the old fence and the new one to retrieve a home run ball. I believe the guy broke both ankles and had to be taken out on a stretcher.

Right there Eph. Both are really great and Clemente was one of my all time favorites. But he played RF the majority of the time.

I agree 100%. He was made to be a third base coach teaching infielders the fundamentals

I am always keeping eye on Cutch. As a player have always liked Harper. He goes all out.
