I'm really perturb'd that we can't find a home for Willie.

There is really no excuse for it. Something should have been done long before now.I'm really perturb'd that we can't find a home for Willie.
exactlyHe doesn't have much value as of right now, been pretty meh at AAA and in his ML chances
I would say under right now. A lot can change over the next few weeks though.based on our roster right now what's your prediction on team wins for 2019: over/under 72
I agree let's hope there areI would say under right now. A lot can change over the next few weeks though.
Perfect time during the rebuild to see if he can produce at ML level. He is much cheaper than Choo. Plays defense as well or better and hits well so far and Choo is only keeping him or someone else blocked. He doesn't have much value as of right now, been pretty meh at AAA and in his ML chances

They have to find a way to be rid of him even if they have to eat a very large percentage of his contract. The sticking point is his ability to veto any trade since we failed at trading him before that power kicked in. If that proves to be a problem then he needs to be told that he will be a bench player if he stays here.Perfect time during the rebuild to see if he can produce at ML level. Myself. Just want to see what he can do. Merry Christmas. No disagreement, I've wanted them to trade Choo for a couple seasons now, but its obviously not that simple
But I'm not too upset about it because I'm not a very big fan of Calhoun
There are several that you have either heard or stated yourself. Pick one.solution

I know. I think it was a day or so ago that I thought we will have to work around him he best we can during the rebuild. Might as well since we won't be in contention and hope we get a break. Hope that JD has learned a lesson or two with this Choo ordeal.
Yes, if you have to virtually give him away then that is what you have to do.Thinking Willie gets a lot more ABs even if Choo stays since Beltre is gone.
Choo has done what he was thought to do minus the defense. Fans don’t like him blocking a young guy in a rebuid which I get.
It of course would be good to trade Choo and get some value but do you just give away what some might say is your best hitter for nothing.
Calhoun will get his shot. He just needs to earn it. Plus early in offseason. One of our OF maybe Mazarin might get moved. They are breaking up the old Hickory crew.
Eat a bunch of Choo's contract and trade him but as that ain't happening and I don't see the Rangers paying him 21M to sit on the bench I guess Calhoun either sits on the bench or goes back down to AAAThere are several that you have either heard or stated yourself. Pick one.
