Not that I can recall, never paid much attention to that really. It was always a neutral site with Auburn because it was also where the Iron Bowl was every year(where it gets the name), and it would alternate who the home team was.

But it was where we played our "home and home" games. It had more seating. Then it got old, they added more seating to Bryant Denny in the 90's and it went away.

Only smaller games were played at Bryant Denny. I don't think I ever saw Bryant Denny on TV even until the BCS era. Only ever heard games played there on the radio.

I think UAB uses it as their home field now.

Shit...this along with the home and home they scheduled with ND, really hurts the Alabama doesn't schedule home and home crowd.

The one off train was bound to run out of steam at some point. There has been a certain amount of bitching among the season ticket holders and it's hard to justify when the one off is against Louisville and Duke...they don't have the same cache or payoff as USC and FSU.
