i get the feeling if he doesnt get his head on straight he will have his come uppance

it seems like almost always these guys who talk trash either bust out or get injured

i prefer less talk and more showing it on the field

he isn't really talking trash but I do agree he was a major free agent steal multiple teams were after him and he was a dominant force on Denver's line

i think he could be the steal of FA but he should keep his mouth shut and just play and realize this skins fans if he does well he could be a one year rental with kerrigan , williams , robinson and AM entering FA

we are going to lose a couple of good players and one may surprise you

No doubt he was a steal at a need position, one of SM's better moves in an off season of solid moves. If ever a player was set to blow up and eran a big contract it would be this guy. I have no problem with what he said because it's true.

i dont wish to burn the guy at the proverbial stake , i just wish he kept quiet . sometimes that kind of thing can bite you in the ass . its more my paranoia then anything else of substance

Admittedly it was one of the best signings in free agency. 1 year prove it deals often work out and Knighton will probably play great for the Skins. That said, what the Skins do after this year with him is what I'm waiting for. An A+ grade (because that's what it is right now) could easily turn into a C or lower if the Skins offer a big contract, pending Knighton's performance and longevity (will be 30 before next season, granted not a RB, but still).

Regardless, the only person I had ranked above Knighton was the Fairly signing for the Rams (I think there is more potential there for a 1 year prove it).

So yes, I basically agree with his statement, lol.

Not sure how a 1 year prove it deal works out for the team. He blows up and he will have a lot of options, it's not like we retain his rights if he plays great. Well I guess we could with the franchise tag but I doubt he does that for a guy like this.
