I remember being incensed at Kuharsky for his 7-9 prediction. He has just revised that at the midway point to 4-12.

4-12 sounds great. But those bastard Jets and Bucs keep sucking ass and hurting our chances for the first crack at a QB in the draft.
Titans release linebacker Phillips

The Tennessee Titans have released linebacker Shaun Phillips, TitanInsider has confirmed via a source.
Phillips had signed a two-year contract with the Titans in the off-season and was regarded as a player who could help the Titans make the transition to a 3-4 defense and provide some pass rush from the outside linebacker position.
However, Phillips had just two sacks this season.
Phillips signed a two-year, $5 million contract with the Titans. He previously played for the Chargers and Broncos.
The Titans have options with his roster spot. They promoted linebacker Justin Staples to the active roster last week, and have Dontay Moch on their practice squad.
Also, there is also the possibility that an offensive lineman may be needed, given that Taylor Lewan and Brian Schwenke both suffered injuries in Sunday's loss to the Eagles.
Lost to Jax. One step closer to that #1 pick!
I actually like him better than Williams. The best thing for the franchise is probably to get a ton of picks for the #2 pick and but try to get Ray somewhere 6th thru 10.
I wish the draft was tonight. Waiting sucks
