Where is the option for incompetent medical staff that misdiagnose injuries which extend every injury atleast 1 month?

*clears throat* Okay, with certain injuries it's luck. Obviously you can't TRAIN yourself to avoid a concussion, except by perhaps not being a thorn in the other teams side and opening yourself up to more contact *stares at Kris Letang*. That said, many other injuries that are more along the lines of muscular injuries (pulls/tears/tendon injuries) can CERTAINLY be related to a poor training staff. A lot of this falls on the head of the strength and conditioning coach. Example, if your team has a trend of ACL tears, it's likely that those players had a muscular imbalance between their quads and hamstrings, just a predisposing factor. However, most ligamentous damage is unavoidable. One guy goes awkwardly into the boards and gets a high ankle sprain, while the next guy gets up like it's nothing...just depends on genetic makeup and how taught or loose your ligaments are. Now you can work on strengthening associated muscles to help soften the blow, but it's still a long shot at preventing freak accidents.
Damn, I've always wanted to use that word in a sentence.
