I think it would be a great hono(u)r for Backlund, but it seems a little too good to be true.

Edit: Backlund says he has yet to be contacted by Team Sweden officials.

Marcus Johansson is replacing Henrik Sedin (confirmed this morning at Swedish press conference). Too bad for Backlund, but it doesn't diminish how well he has played of late.
