Defensive coaches teach the D to look for the QB on a int.... The QB coach needs to tell the QB to look out for the defensive player when he throws the int.

If Murray was on the other side of the field and away from the play I think it would have been a 15 yard unnecessary roughness penalty, but he was close to the runner therefore he was a tackler instead of a qb and the hit was legal.
