that is the question. He should be the 2nd ranked FA QB on the market behind Foles. Someone might overpay. It looks like Lock and Haskins will be gone before pick #15. Plus there is no guarantee Jones will be there.

ok so where are we getting the money for this if it hits say 15 mil ? with realistic cuts we could get another 15 mil , but letting smith go AD go crowder go and Haha go just how are we going to compete ? add brown and foster too . (SDH and RF will replace them with JHC filling in

signing tannehill would require us to still draft a qb somewhere in 2020 . .

so we take the field next year on defense with NICH (suspension maybe ) and everette at safety , anderson at olb (bust so far ) , quinn in the slot , (injured ) TE , ( sprinkle , holtz, flannigan ) , tannehill and Colt qb ( cant draft a qb then )

guice (injured ) would have to replace AD production coming off an ACL

now we can draft an edge rusher , (olb starter ) , o/line (starter LG ) , a safety (starter ) , a TE (starter) with our 1st 4 picks and 4 more viable BU's as well with our total 8 picks

tannehill would be our only real FA signing , because we have to sign draft picks , and have money to extend sherf

now as i am seeing it everything would have to work out perfectly for us to field a competitive team around a pedestrian qb . a qb type fans have said they cant live with

I understand depends what is price is. We are going to have to rework some contracts this year. I think we should ask Trent Williams, RK, Jordan Reed, and Josh Normam to all restructure there deals

we could ask but i dont know if that will happen . and sooner or later pushing deals later and farther back means you end up with a huge cap issue

If you think about it right now tanny is our best option at QB.

Why in the hell would we want Tannehill? What has he ever done, besides being injured? That would just tie up more money in overpaid, underproducing QBs, and hamstringing us even more the next few years.

Colt should have gotten us a win or 2 more in my opinion but he would have had to beat philly once to get us in

He is an option at 4 mil a year not 15 m

There is 4 qbs , one should be there . If not then we have other draft options for qb in 2019 , with another eye on 2020 to supplement that .

I think our QB play will be much like it was early in our season ( avg to below avg )To crappy under Sanchez and back to “ wanting “ with Johnson
