He's not hurt or anything like that.He has just been on the 7 player inactive list for first two games. I hope to see him get some playing time soon but other postitions matter more it seems. Is he on the PUP? I haven't seen him play a snap, but think he was on the roster for the first game but was made inactive. Does anybody know what is going on with him?
After looking at the inactives I noticed he was not on that list last week but saw no action. He's not hurt or anything like that.He has just been on the 7 player inactive list for first two games. I hope to see him get some playing time soon but other postitions matter more it seems.
I didn't see him play but I didn't see the 4th quarter (fell asleep). When did he play?I might have missed that.lol you guys really know your 49ers..
Tank isn't on the PUP. He was inactive the first game and he was active sunday. He played 1 snap..
Great fans you guys are
No comment? It really doesn't suprise me. You never really posted here much before.I didn't see him play but I didn't see the 4th quarter (fell asleep). When did he play?I might have missed that.
This has been my confusion. I think I remember him being inactive for week 1 (meaning he wasn't on the PUP) but didn't see anything last week, and given the way he played in the preseason, I just can't figure out why he hasn't played more.
Maybe Coach is throwing in the towel. I have no clue. Something doesn't seem right with Harbaugh this year.
It's really simple if you think about it in as a whole and not just focusing on the individual.. Tank right now is not the starter, he is a back up.. A team can only suit up 46 players per game...One of the requirements of a back up is to be able to play special teams... He has very little experience with ST... So the coaches tend to activate more players with more flexibilty as much as possible...
for those of us bitching about Tank not playing(myself included) here is an atricle you should read:

I agree...two years and THIS is the issue? I don't get it.wow!
I get the "on the field training" but still, most rookies learn it in one off-season? Tank didn't have last off-season on the field, but that still SHOULD'VE gave him a good start THIS off-season?
