It is worth noting that the Capitals laid out the blueprint for how to beat the Lightning with their 6 goal outburst a couple weeks ago. Two key things they did; kill the speed, and shoot high from a ways out. Jackets studied that film and that's what they're doing.

Get that game 3 at home monkey off their backs and we could see some stuff.

We had 2 and a half lines last year. We have 4 this year. All four lines have bought in and Torts can throw any one out in any situation. The Jackets should not get fatigued as fast.

Plus, if the Lightning switch goalies, they don't have a Vezina Caliber goalie to put in.

Definitely torn... I'm going to the game Sunday. I want to see a win.

But then I'd be fine losing 2 after that if we're guaranteed a win in 6. That would be glorious.
