I think what really hurt the Bolts is that they had things wrapped up so early that they were on cruise control for the last month of the season. Meanwhile, the Jackets were playing playoff games all the way to the end of the season. Then, they got out to a 3-0 lead in game 1 and thought it was going to be a cakewalk just like the regular season. They lost game 1 and just couldn't seem to recover.
