Well, unless he borrows #15 for a few plays, he shouldn't expect the ball.

Marshall, Bennett and Jeffery should be a pretty solid trio, I see no reason to bring on this risk.

You can't have too much WR depth. It depends on the salary, but i'd definitely consider signing TO. When Jeffrey got injured last year, the offense slowed down a ton. It'd be nice to mitigate at least some of that decline.

I'd rather bring in someone through the draft than have an egomaniac who drops 15+ balls a year.

And TO can wish to be another NFC North team member.

In 2011 he played decently for the IFL's Allen Wranglers. But look at the level of talent in the IFL. In 2012, he signed with the Seahawks and they wouldn't even keep him.

Not counting the IFL stint, Owens' last game in the NFL was in 2010. Look how slow and out of sync NFL players looks who hold out through pre-season. Imagine how a 40-year old T.O. who has not played since 2010 would look.

I'd rather have Hester back at WR.

TO has all the desire in the world and I'm guessing with his physical condition, that would have to translate into some production. We'll never know that though because if Seattle wouldn't sign him last year, no one's going to this year.

I could see him and marshall not getting getting along, and i dont see us really needing him. Now the viqueens should pick him up, so he can wreck their hopes and dreams.

a few seasons ago, as a Bears fan i woulda been ok with TO coming here. in fact i think TO is a great athlete . But we need no drama here now, just line em up and let em play! But in years past we needed a true number 1 reciever, we coulda used terrel owens or Randy Moss either one and been really happy.

In my own personal opinion i think we could have used some old school playmakers like TO and Randy Moss, but in reallity in this era i truely think the only player i would want from another team would be Adrian Peterson. All around great player and a pretty good person too.

thats crazy Cutler can get the ball down field, he just needs time and receivers who aren't going to drop it all the time, Cutler isn't the best in the league, but he is the best we have ever had, and the only QB we have had start 4 seasons in a row without question, and we win more with him then without him. so everyone can say whatever but in reality he has been pretty good for the Bears.

Cutler, IMO, has the potential and skills to become elite! He just needs an offensive line and some weapons on offense... He'll be much better this season and as the team will also be better.

And about T.O. I wanted the Rams to pick him up but I'm now glad they passed on him. He can no longer play at a high level. He is done.
