Did Redskins find sack specialist gem in Houston Bates?

We all know who the four OLB's are. If we do keep 5 do we really take Bates over Jeffcoat? Bates can be put on the practice squad I don't think Jeffcoat is eligible.

The surprise at training camp should be Morgan Moses. He is holding that RT position down. Some people on here wrote this guy off. Other surprises Ross, Jarrett, Crowder, Jones(but where he was drafted he should produce)and Rodgers
