I made my own hot wings today and my kids loved them...maybe I'll try fried chicken next since that is basically the way I made them wings...I soaked the wings in buttermilk all day...and man they turned out huge!

That is the way I make my fried chicken. Soak it overnight in buttermilk.

For my wings I soak them in Frank's hot sauce overnight a 1 gallon zip-lock baggie.
