Bengals should have went, but due to poor officiating, which seems to be the common theme. Kind of crappy though for true fans, watch all season long only to reach the Super Bowl and it is more geared for non-fans. I guess it works though, how many people do you hear comment that they don't watch football but only watch the Super Bowl for the commercials. Oh well, at least Ozzy has a commercial this year along with some other heavy metal acts. It's a shame they don't give them a Super Bowl halftime show.

And the Kitten Bowl, which our cats actually sat and watched on TV, has been replaced by some hours-long telethon about adopting dogs. Not interested in dogs. More pussy, please.

I'm am really starting to look at the USFL with an open mind. I hate the way a true fan watches the games all season, but then the NFL uses the Super Bowl to cater to non fans with commercials and half-time shows. IF the USFL could be about just the game, I think it could do well. Find a happy medium between college and the nfl.
