I don't know if there are different degrees of hip dislocations, but the only one I can think of in sports is that one that just happened to that Ravens TE. He is going to miss the entire year too.

It depends on the grade. Even a grade one dislocation can be 4-6 weeks. I don't expect him back anytime soon. Lets just hope there is not a hairline fracture to go along with the dislocation. That would be automatic surgery.
