They don't make a full proof helmet that will stay on your head no matter what. Saying that it "came off" because it doesn't fit properly is not logical. His facemask was grabbed and it caused his helemt to come off. It was a strong grip. It has nothing to do with fitting properly.

They have people specificly tasked with fitting players properly with helmets and you want us to believe here we are in the 14th game of the season he wears a helemt that doesn't fit?
