Just because you still refuse to admit your boyfriend sucks, doesn't mean you need to start muddling up every thread with more nonsense.
made me chuckle...
stupid bengals are enough to drive anyone crazy.
Jesus Christ, everyone here either thinks the Bengals will finish 2-14 or 14-2. Dalton is either the worst QB in the league, or can do no wrong. Take a fucking Xanax. We're 2-2. We were a few plays from being 4-0, but a few plays from 0-4 too.
Fact: We beat Pittsburgh
Fact: We won a game we shouldn't have (Green Bay) and lost one we shouldn't have (Browns).
Fact: Andy Dalton has not looked great this year, but he hasn't looked as bad as he did against Cleveland overall. That's just the freshest memory. He continues to struggle with deep throws and long sideline throws. Those balls float. He is strong over the middle and down the seam, but doesn't do it enough.
Fact: The play-calls in the Browns game were just awful. Jay Gruden just isn't a very good coordinator. He continues to ask BJGE to run stretch plays while trying to jam Bernard up the middle. He refuses to take advantage of the two athletic TEs.
Fact: Gio Bernard is the best running back on this team. When he came in the game vs Green Bay, the offense started humming. When Green-Ellis is in the game, defenses creep back because they don't fear a big play. Before the game, the Bengals were averaging twice the yards per play when Gio was in the game as opposed to Green-Ellis.
Fact: Our depth in the secondary killed us against the Browns. We're not the same defense without Hall. The Browns ran a lot of quick passes because that negates our d-line, while taking advantage of backups in the secondary.
What does all of it mean? It means that we went into Cleveland, coming off of an emotional win, missing our two best players in the secondary, had a bad game plan, and Dalton isn't the type of QB that can overcome all that. He's more of a game manager, but that requires good play calling and creating mismatches. Jay Gruden isn't doing that. I'm not impressed.
Get over it. Move on to the Patriots.
