Buffalo are serious contenders who are really going to push for Stamkos and hearing the Islanders and Preds are darkhorses in the Stamkos sweepstakes.

The are reports as well that Yzerman made his best offer just before the draft of $9.1 mill per and he's told Stamkos "to either take it or leave it".

Might be best for us winning cups without Stamkos because we won't be as bad off with the salary cap.
