Contender handle business in the fall pretender hype up the kool aid drinkers in the off season. They did the same talk last off season..... At what point are you gonna prove it on the field???

Couldn't agree more!!!! Last year he talked about 70% completion and all that. Confidence is great but if you can't back it up then it is just talk.

I wonder if that Calhoun guy can help him with his serious fumbling issues!!!!

It's not bad to have goals, but when you state them to the public/media, it can become a distraction and a burden.

There is nothing good that can come of talking like that. But Taylor's gonna be Taylor.

He is the least of our worries right now. I'm not worried about him or that offense one single bit. Hell they probably will be number 1 in some categories at least at SOME point during the season. Our schedule is too easy for that offense to not be putting up video game numbers.

As for the 70% remark from last year, you shoot for the moon and even if you miss you'll still land among the stars.

I'm done with husker players talking about what they want to do come fall season. SHUT UP. Never hear SEC players talking during the off season their to busy getting locked up and locking down their opponent plays for the season an proving it on the field.

Yeah the coaches do the same thing. Every year Bo says the defense will be better the next year. He even said that after that 09 defense! Just shut up and coach!!!!

I agree. D has been a lot of the problem in the last two seasons. Now that they addressed the O and have it working pretty well the D is struggling. I do not know if having Bo's brother was still here if it would help, but I think it would. They both seemed to be on the same page. Now he has to train in a new person and I do not know how many times Wis ran that same misdirection play on us in the CCG. If we would have stayed at home on D we would have stopped them. So the coach has to be able to adjust better than they did last year on D. That seemed to happen with Bo;s Bro in there instead of who we have now.

If I was in there shoes I would give them a lawyer like answer and detour the question to we're working on fixing the issue that have plagued us the past two seasons...

There is a right way to answer a question and there this false swagger of confidence that Taylor tends to throw out. It was great at first but when your getting slapped around in big game and when you throw picks/fumbles in EVERY BIG GAME.

After the Wisconsin game I wouldn't want to answer question or give goals of what were not gonna reach. Like I said you don't see elite teams having to answer or get these questions.... Why?!!... Because come fall they come through and bowl season they come through..

SHUT UP AND PLAY the fact that easy schedule we have and I wouldn't surprise if we have 4 losses.... Shouldn't be but we all have seen this rerun before. We don't need talk don't let the media play you.
