Good. We got a nice long glimpse of his "original version" ideas with Ep 1-3.

He may have created the universe that so many people love, but Star Wars is bigger than George Lucas. He needed to have it slapped out of his hands so that real filmmakers could build on the lore he made instead of letting George and his Yes men stomp the franchise into the ground even more.

And let's not forget that George gave the fans midichlorians and Jar-Jar Binks. For those on their own, he needed to be "moved aside".

Great link. From that link "Come December 2016, we’ll hopefully see an example of the actual scope of the Rebel Alliance. Rogue One is expected to be a full blown war movie set before A New Hope". WHUT?

I thought it was just 3PO. Bail Organa says, "Captain Antilles, wipe the memory on this protocol droid and..." I can't remember what he said to do with R2. Reassign him to their aviation wing or something?

Side note: I always thought Bail Organa should have had a bigger role in the prequels.

You're right. He specifically mentioned C3PO getting his memory erased, but not R2D2.

Can't wait to see the movie, but not willing to pay anything more than face value for a ticket the week of the release.

The movie looks great from all the trailer material and behind the scenes stories of the production, but I'm not going to lose my mind over it.

And Serkis has talked about how his character is very powerful but has been physically deformed/maimed/en sech. This is a theory going around that I would be very happy with.
