yes if he comes back tonight Dash. we are fucking THIN on the blueline with injuries and he was important for minutes and to take pressure off of other players. if you dont see that trickle effect thats your problem.

once again the NHL reacts to the view of what happened not what happened. look Im not saying hes not injured but if he comes back tonight there are a few things wrong here

1. boston bruins medical staff are either incompetent or liars or both
2. the NHL are either incompetent or biased for boston or both.

the very last game of the season is played tonight. all of our epic journeys are coming to an end. one of our fan bases will be in extreme ecstasy tonight while the other will be in deep deep depression. one team will be legends another will be forgotten. I will be at Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final on home ice. I have never ever been so excited and I was on home ice for the Gold Medal Game live. Will I get to experience a second hockey event in my life that millions and millions of people will not and may not.

For the record, I have had 2 compression fractures in my lower back. I have been lucky and recovered 100% except for the lost 0.5 or 0.75" of height.

Recovery for Mason will be in the order of 3 or 4 months. As soon as I saw him hunched over stepping off the ice, unable/unwilling to stand upright I knew the pain he was feeling, I have been there.

It stems from going ass first into the boards with the spine absorbing all the pressure from the push by Boychuk. Kyphoplasty will be his best option for a full recovery, but its up to the spine specialists now.
