Stanley Cup Finals - (1) Vancouver Canucks vs (3) Boston Bruins

No reason to be nervous. I believe in the Bruins, it's only game 1, I have other things to worry about really. The games will actually be welcome to take my mind off my problems. If the Nucks win the cup, I'm happy for their fans getting their first one.

I echo wayne's thoughts above...If the Bruins win the Cup, that's great. If the Canucks win the Cup, that's cool as well. Both teams deserve to be in their respective positions and it should be a heck of a series.

my theory is that it was for final approval, and the head-games for the coaches begin.
also, if he shows up in pre-game skate (given any uncertainty), the roof will blow off of that place tomorrow.

if not, then that's another reason for a boost down the road (game 2 is still 3 days after tomorrow)

Another reason I believe the Canucks take it this year. More often than not over the past 10-15 years, the favourite has always seemed to win the Cup. Can't remember the last time really the underdog team has been able to win it all in the Final. The Penguins maybe, but can you really say they were an underdog with that roster?
