If the Rangers don't win the Cup, does the Marty deal go down as a positive? Obviously that's been a huge part of their run, and to win Cups you have to sacrifice the future sometimes...but multiple firsts in that deal. Obviously they still have Marty for next year too. That'll be an interesting one to look back on, methinks.

Nope, they got a chance to win. That is what the trade is suppose to do. If the Kings should lose, is the Gabby deal a bust? No way. Kings are in the final and he is a reason why.
