For me the bottom line is, No Watson then draft smartly for the guy that comes with the skillset that this offense needs. If they can't find that then upgrade this team as needed. They absolutely cannot overdraft, or trade unwisely because of desperation and/or impatience when trying to fill their QB vacancy.

they are not going to invest all this money in the dline. Im starting to like Toney at #19. Even if we land a WR in FA, I still draft Toney at #19. That's how bad our core is.

that would be dumb , weaken our best most difference making unit and blow it on a overpriced wr when you can get a toney and collins or a smith through the draft .

We don’t know what they are doing. You don’t actively shop a team captain.

It could be very interesting. I would expect lower money in FA and a lot of one year deals, because the players won’t want long term deals at reduced rates.

The lower the cap is the better it is for the Redskins. We are one of the few teams that are in really good shape.

allen has made the dean hate list and hence he needs to be gone . he squawked about this last season . . this team will never get anywhere if we draft quality guys and then dump them for lesser talent . allen has performed splendidly for us and is a team cpt with one of the highest PFF ratings for his position in the NFL .

but he wants to weaken that d/line so he can bring in TY hilton we are losing RK , he wants to give up allen and ionman for stafford or watson and he think settle will make up for both . and by the way he wants to dump our all pro OG who is entering his prime

so we will have a huge hole at DT , plus the issue with LB and FS and he thinks we wont miss a beat

we should keep our money , re up our guys who have produced , and draft our qb/wrs .
