Excuses excuses, he was an average QB who had a couple big stage games but had just as many horrible performances. The only QB who might be more overrated is Joe Namath.

But isn't it how you finish...not how you start.

Favre ended up being terrible...he was overrated throughout his career.

Marino was fantastic but went down later in his career which was always overshadowed by the lack of Lombardi.

Most would call me crazy but Montana is overrated.

Seriously we have 2 Redskin fans drafting and it was foolish on GK and I not to have taken him before the 10th round. I do have 2 all time great Redskins already on my roster, HOfers Art Monk and Darrel Green

2 time pro bowler...that is not the same as all pro. He was posthumously given all pro in 07 but would not have received the award without his death...unless he came back and played even better. The sad thing is (other than the obvious) he was playing at all pro level in 07 before being injured.
