Lets not kid ourselves though. I am sure it is false because VT may not have contacted him. Being a WR coach (yes, even at UF) and OC (at VT) is a HUGE difference in responsibility/freedom/power..and probably pay as well.

Former Auburn OC Scot Loeffler and OL Coach Jeff Grimes were in Blacksburg today meeting w/ the #Hokies.

Also, an interesting wiki fact: "Grimes earned four letters as an offensive tackle for the UTEP Miners between 1987 and 1990. He was coached by Andy Reid and Dirk Koetter (Reid was the offensive line coach with Koetter as offensive coordinator)"

Grimes is the guy I was referencing above...and yes he is just about as good as VT is going to do here. Coached the 2010 Cam Newton Auburn Oline. A lot of people put Cam Newton as the be all and end all of that team, and I am telling you now that that Oline had a lot to do with how good that team was.

He also has signed like 1 5* and 10 4* Olinemen in the last 3 or so years. He has a lot to sell to an Olineman from coast to coast.
