Nice it is finally official. I am very excited by the Grimes hire in particular. If he can recruit and coach that area as well as some sources are saying, he could improve the OL by 10x in a few seasons. You have a good OL, the offense can do ALOT of things.

There are VT fans out there that won't hear anything bad said about Beamer. Honestly I don't know if any of them are on here but I think his mistakes need to be pointed out. I really didn't enjoy the beatdown by Stanford or any of the losses where the offense was to blame or the abundance of close games in the weak ACC that didn't allow for playing time for the backups. The overall approach to building an offense with an emphasis on skill position players first is a huge mistake and I'm wondering if Beamer is behind that

Pretty cool stuff in there. Logan may be ok with it but Parker or Hodges could turn out to be great with 5 years with this guy.

Assuming they can handle it. It's almost a shame that we won't be taking a true QB in 2014, as it would be good to have Loeffler hand picking his guys.

I can tell you one thing, this doesn't make me feel any better about the Bama game. LT has his work cut out for him the next few months.
