There isn't a single list i've seen yet that has Tristan over Whiteside. In fact, not a single person with a brain bigger than a grain of sand has said otherwise.

I believe the artist who will make the statue has already been selected. Also, the statues of Shaq, Kareem and Magic will be removed at their request and plans to make one for Kobe have been scrapped at his request.

It seems they all feel that once you have a statue of the Swaggster, you really don't need any others.
