Doesn't make a lick of sense

Penalize the Yankees because the guy is a cheating, lying lowlife?

Yeah, not a lick

I think it's a great idea...

Only because it would send a number of you guys over the side of a bridge...

Building equity is often a fallacy.

We're ALL just renting. None of us are sticking around longer than 90, 100 years max. And then, your house returns to its real owners, the bank.

The bank then loans some new person imaginary money to buy your house, but then they expect the buyer to repay in real money.

they signed him most likely (i emphasize that) knowing he was already on drugs

everyone turned a blind eye, even the guys offering the insane contracts

the yankees knew more than they let on, like everyone else in baseball

Okay, why did Twitter explode with Aaron Hernandez news yesterday but there's not even a whisper of the basics today?

It's all a conspiracy

Youkilis is signed partly so the Yankees can tell Arod fuck you, ride the bench, if he returns

Youkilis brings his vagina from Boston, and now that stick of shit Arod may actually be in that lineup again

Boston conspiracy

The vast majority of Yankee Haters

Let's be a little honest

So which part of the statement isn't fair? He shouldn't be banned for life or they shouldn't eat the contract? I am very far removed from what goes on in the NYC sports world. Does anyone besides Mariano and CC really support A-Rod at this point?

Yankee hating propaganda

The most successful franchise in sports invested a quarter billion in a guy they knew would break down, right after witnessing what steroids did to Another huge investment Jason Giambi

only in the california housing market....

We bought our house in 2002 at a good price with a great interest rate, have paid aggressively on the loan since then and are still basically even on it today. We wish we had saved a ton of money and headaches and stayed in our beautiful 3-bedroom apt the whole damn time. We'd have had zero maintenance and headaches and the kids would have had a pool, tennis and basketball courts, etc.

Ban him, Yankee supporters beg for it

But who is penalized the most if the Yankees are still on the hook?

Not the broken down 37 year old collecting 115 million to go fishing

Zero

The length of the deal was soley because he was a clean player, shattering storied records in a Yankee uniform, generating bazillions for the organization

That's not hindsight, it was widely reported exactly like that 5 billion times at the time of the signing

If "everyone" knew he was on steroids in 2007, it was the best kept secret in sports history
