i think we'll do ok if we can get mingo to stop making predictions.
I saw you posted this and said to myself - Iddy is back for more punishment.i think we'll do ok if we can get mingo to stop making predictions.
Collins would probably catch this 4th inning better than Grandal has - I don't understand the catcher interference calls and the lack of smothering balls in the dirt. Also, I'm with Iddy....Zack Collins is absolute garbage. I've seen enough. Grandal needs to stay healthy until we ship him back to the minors.
simple ... as i've said all along, they both suck behind the plate and i'm wishing the sox had kept their best catcher.Collins would probably catch this 4th inning better than Grandal has - I don't understand the catcher interference calls and the lack of smothering balls in the dirt.
My thoughts exactly. At the very least Jose will be swinging the bat with more confidence.I hope this was the game to get Abreu going.
Robert very quietly hitting .310My thoughts exactly. At the very least Jose will be swinging the bat with more confidence.
Anderson's rocket is loose - Eaton has proven to be an excellent 2nd in the order fellow - if the middle of the order Abreu and Moncada - either one even - get going this team is going to score some runs.
I'm very happy with Robert's approach to becoming a solid MLB hitter. I just wish the Sox corner outfielders would shade a couple more steps toward the line - giving Robert even more room to cover center - while improving play down the line.Robert very quietly hitting .310
all hail tim anderson!I want to recognize Tim Anderson's play in the field with the bases loaded on the smash past Moncada - that TA made a diving stop on to hold that at bat to one run scored. He got Rodon a win with that play.
Not only does Tim Anderson lit the fire in the White Sox offense, but he is the life blood of the dugout (especially with Eloy absent) and he makes heady plays in the field. Tim Anderson certainly rivals Jose Abreu as the most important non-pitcher on the the White Sox.
