That is how I felt about the INT too. At first I didn't like it because it took away a momentum killing INT, but after the replay I knew it was the right call. You just can't hook an arm like that.
I'm still not entirely sold. The ball basically hit the receiver in the back. Given where Brown was, regardless of contact, there's no way he had a play on the ball.
Ref referring to the chop as a "big-time chop" was completely ridiculous. I've never seen less of a chop called.
