None of those choices make any sense except LA and Las Vegas (which will never happen). Columbus and Omaha wouldn't give two shits about an NFL team while the Buckeyes and Cornhuskers are playing, and the rest are close enough to NFL cities to make a new team a waste, except Salt Lake, and fuck them.
Ha Ha Blowing smoke. Rumors, speculation and closed-door discussions have all led up to a Minnesota Vikings stadium bill introduced Monday at the State Capitol.
What about a city in Canada? Toronto?
The only way Columbus will ever get a team is if the Bengals move there and that will never happen. Yes, the cities population is bigger than Cinci and Cleveland but that doesn't take into consideration the metropolitan areas and market areas and Cinci and Cleveland are both larger by a few hundred thousand. The market that Cinci caters to is most of southern Ohio, southern Indiana, and Northern Kentucky making it greater and Cleveland is a well established fan base. Also, There is no way they're going to stick an NFL team in Columbus when the city is only a 2 1/2 hour drive to Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Cleveland, and Detroit. The owners would never go for it.
