Yes, it is...Frivolous crap like this is not what our legal system is supposed to be about...There are people with real cases who can't afford or find good representation. Then you have morons like this, who clog our courtrooms on a daily basis because their 7 year old had their feelings hurt? If I beat my 11 year old nephew in a video game, he gets upset and doesn't want to play anymore, can I sue Microsoft and whoever published the game we were playing? What a joke...

Remember when Leonard Little drove drunk and killed someone? There were plenty of Rams fans who supported him and his coming back.
