For sure. I think we are so far away roster wise though man. We need almost everything. We needed another weapon for Dak last season while we still had Cooks and Turpin under contract. Without them it's a top priority. I know we aren't taking my TE, but I'll tell you right now, in Schotty's offense, a Gronk type TE making Ferguson a great number two TE instead of a solid #1 would sure as Heck help Dak. But until we start resigning at least SOME of our FA's, we need two WR's, one starting OL, a DE, two-three DT's, a LB, at least one corner, and two safeties. This looks like a 2-3 year rebuild minimum

It does look like a rebuild coming. The defense is decimated with either injuries or FA that they going to lose. The schedule is going to be harder than last season. Now they got to play the NFC North. They are fooling themselves if they think a bus load of cheap UDFA and 3 5th round picks is going make them competitive.

The ceiling looks like 6 wins in 2025.

If they have the same approach that they had last season, we might be looking at a 4-5 year stretch of not sniffing the playoffs. We are way behind Philly today and Washington will only get better the next 5 years while they get amazing QB play on a rookie deal. We can't go further back again

I think a smart play would be taking Dart or Ewers if they were there in the 2nd round this season. It's why I'm not opposed to taking TE in round 1. I'm not opposed to any position. We need to hit on talent. The more talent we have the more options. If we have another offseason like last year though we won't have to Tank to get a top 5 pick

We are about to find out. FA is not far away. I just don't see them changing how they do things. I expect these morons to take forever to deal with Parsons contract. They may go crazy and restructure a contract so they can free up 16- 19 million to sign their rookies and undrafted rookie free agents. I don't see them doing anything in FA. Its like they are in sabotage mode or they just lost too many brain cells due to the whiskey.

I agree, I don't think they will. To me, we have several MUST resigns if we don't want to take a step back from last year. Osa, JLewis, Dowdle, Turpin, Cooks, Kendricks, one of the QB's....and others that will have to be replaced like Bell and JThomas, ZMartin, Joseph, Izzy, etc. If we only sign half the must haves, then our draft class still won't get us back to even and we will suck

I was thinking about these last pathetic 30 years. We had only about 3-4 legitimate chances to get to the NFC title game in 30 years. Jerry cannot manage the salary cap era period. And is too damn arrogant to change now. He could not even luck into one in 30 years. And no way would I have ever thought in 95 that the freaking Eagles would have a way better 30 year run than us. Wake me up from this nightmare.

The years were 2007,2014 and 2016 If I remember correctly. All crushing losses and they could have won all three if they had made a play or two. they got hosed by the refs in 2014 and 2016. The botched call in yesterday's Bills game reminded me of how the Cowboys got screwed in those two packer games.

Personally, there's no way in Hell I would trade Micah. I would have traded Dak before giving him $40M. I would let him walk before giving him $60M. I would have traded Diggs and his no tackling always injured ass. But I'm not trading Lamb or Micah period. Micah makes the rest of the scrubs we have up better by drawing double and triple teams nearly every play. You don't trade young top 5 pass rushers
