Completely agree. This team's needs are so deep that Coop's talent is not what we need for the money and the other receivers are very productive for the money.

So give him one test or even two and then let him practice/play

If he were tested as he exited the NFL should allow him to play immediately. Of course common sense and the NFL doesn't always go together.
